本公司董事会 hereby announces the following:
In accordance with the recommendations of the Audit Committee and after careful consideration, it has been decided to renew the engagement of Sichuan Huagui Accounting Firm for the audit services related to the financial statements of the current fiscal year.
The firm was selected based on its professional qualifications, extensive experience in auditing similar industries, and its ability to maintain independence and objectivity in conducting audits. The Audit Committee has thoroughly evaluated the firm's capabilities and believes it is well-suited to meet the requirements for providing audit services to the Company.
The proposed renewal of the engagement will be submitted to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for approval. If approved by the AGM, the new contract will take effect from the date of the meeting.
